How I learn to make this image. Step 1 get a image then you need to make a copy of it. Step 2. Turn it black and white by desaturate. step 3 make a other copy of the black and white. step 4 you need to invert the image step 5 you are going color dodged. Step 6 you going to click the the small box with 3 lines when you have click on it convent to smart object. and for step 7 your going to blur it gaussian blur then put 45 .step 8 add other layer to it then chose levies and for step 9 metaplay it step 10 make a other copy of it then chose color. For step 11 choose any solid color. Step 12 add a gradient fill layer choose one that you like turn to 135 angle step 13 click on the eyes then you would see your finish work.
